Who am I?
My name is Israel Hinojosa Baliño (aka Ishiba Ro). I am a Mexican archaeologist specialised in landscapes, urbanism, politics, and the Middle East; open-source enthusiast, software developer, and creative writer.I’ve experience in Mexico, Egypt, Kuwait and the US. My work integrates archaeology excavation and survey, GIS, computational methods and data science to study human interactions with landscapes. I am a writer and coder, sharing interests in fantasy and science fiction writing, as well as Python and R scripts.
